Well, neither was BallNine.
But unlike Rome, it hasn’t taken years – just mere months – for us to gain support from players, national journalists, radio and television hosts, mascots and fans alike.
While some speak glowingly of us, and others sound like they’re covering a funeral, we are nonetheless being touted as a source of baseball knowledge like no other.
And we’re just getting started.
Here at BallNine there is no leaf we will not turn over, no sunflower seed left unchewed.
We are here to not only tell the stories from the players’ perspective of the game we love, we are here to help SAVE the game we love. Independent baseball journalism isn’t dead yet.
We pride ourselves on being a destination for the diehard and casual baseball fan alike and we challenge you all to Know What You Don’t Know.
So grab your hot dogs and your nuts and come take a tour through what may be the last great place on the internet.
BallNine.
Baseball.
In sickening detail.
